The Manitoba Hydro Torch Relay for the 2017 Canada Summer Games will be coming through The Pas and OCN on July 10th. After being nominated to be torch barrier by town councilor Chad Zolinski, The Pas Mayor Jim Scott was chosen to carry the torch. Mayor Scott is very excited for this opportunity of a lifetime.
The torch relay is expected to start at 10:30 AM at the OCN Arbor and will wrap up at The Pas Manitoba Hydro Building. The 2017 Canada Summer Games are being held in Winnipeg from July 28th until August 13th.
