Michael O'Rourke, the owner of True Blue Developments submitted two variation applications to the town of The Pas.  The variation application for 1508 Gordon Avenue was carried at Monday nights council meeting, but they voted to repeal the old application for 330 Fischer Avenue.

One of the issues with 330 Fischer Avenue is that it does not have enough parking spaces. O'Rourke has put a plan put together that would allow him to operate with four parking stalls. The new variation application for that building is expected to be passed at the next council meeting on July 12^th.

O'Rourke, hopes to use the building at 1508 Gordon Avenue for his business and he hopes to turn the building at 330 Fischer Avenue into a retail store and two apartments upstairs.
