The Pas Town Councilor and business owner Margret Commodore brought forward a request for the community to have a no loitering by-law.

Commodore says that she has been harassed by several intoxicated people and her business has suffered some damage. These problems are not confined to her business but to the downtown area of The Pas as well.

She feels that having a no loitering By Law people will feel more comfortable going to downtown businesses.

The Town of The Pas is looking at hiring a consultant to determine the best way to move forward with this issue.
