Michael O’Rourke from true blue developments submitted a variation application for 1508 Gordon Avenue to the Town of The Pas.
He plans to use this location for his true blue constructions business. A public hearing was held on Monday night because the front of the building is 19ft and 19.05 feet from his property line and the towns zoning by law requires the building to be 30 feet from the front property line.
O’Rourke was present at the hearing but there were no concerns about the variation. The decision for the 1508 Gordon Avenue application will be made at the next council meeting on June 26th.
