The Rural Municipality of Kelsey is reminding residents not protected by the dyke system that the water levels are high in The Saskatchewan and Carrot River and the levels may increase from an Alberta Spring melt.
RM of Kelsey Emergency Coordinator Lori Forbes says residents can prepare for high water levels by putting blocks underneath a low level building.
