The Pas Cats and Kittens is a local nonprofit organization run by Lorraine Mcintosh. Most of the cats in care reside in her home, and those that are lucky are placed into foster homes with the hopes of finding their “Forever Homes”. Mcintosh has put together a new program, hereby known as “Whisker Wednesdays” run each Wednesday, where a featured cat is put on for adoption for half the normal adoption fee. These fee’s include spaying, neutering and any vetting that needs to be done during their time with the shelter. This week’s featured cat is Phantom, who is available for adoption today for $50.
