It’s the second day today of a youth conference between OCN elders and high school students. William Lathlin Chief Deputy Chief of OCN has more on why the conference is being held;

"The youth will be broken up into 8 different groups and will rotate between the stations talking to different elders about different topics. At the end of the conference there will be a recap, evaluation survey and summary with the youth."
