The New Year is always a cause for celebration, and a new beginning was celebrated at St Anthony’s Hospital, here in The Pas with the birth of a baby girl. Jessica and Peter of Moose Lake, welcomed their daughter, Roselle Alexis Joyce. She was born weighing 9 pounds 3 point 8 ounces. She will be known as the New Year’s baby in The Pas as the first baby born in 2016.
