The Province of Manitoba has now expanded the successful stroke emergency care program to The Pas and area. Stroke Patients in the north will now benefit from the new equipment and Helga Bryant CEO of the NRH says it’s already paying dividends. The Pas will be a hub serving the entire area including Flin Flon. St. Anthony’s Hospital in The Pas is now the fifth hospital in the province to become part of the telestroke program.
