UCN and 102.9 CJAR are proud to present NHL star Jordin Tootoo to the Communities of The Pas, OCN and RM of Kelsey.  Jordin Tootoo will be speaking in the UCN gym on Monday telling his story on his rise to the top and become the first Inuit hockey player to make it to the NHL. Seating is limited to 450 people and it is expected to sell out. 102.9 CJAR will be broadcasting his entire speech over the air live Monday starting at 7pm for those who would like to listen in the comfort of their own homes. Tootoo has played 607 NHL games with 149 points and 880 penalty minutes. he started his Junior career with the OCN Blizzard in 1998-99 recording 16 goals and 21 assists in 47 games.
