The NDP nominated Amanda Lathlin to run in the upcoming by-election in The Pas over Florence Duncan and Derek Dick.

Lathlin says now it is time to plan towards the future. She willl now run in the upcoming By-election, with a date on when it will take place should be set soon. According to provincial law Premier Greg Selinger must fill the seat by May 16.

The Pas has been without a provincial representative since NDP MLA Frank Whitehead resigned almost a year ago.
