Four boys, including one who is 12, are accused of setting a fire that's caused major disruptions at a northern Manitoba school.

R-C-M-P say the four include two 14-year-olds and a 16-year-old who have been charged with arson after last Saturday's blaze at Mary Duncan School in The Pas.

The fire left scores of students without classrooms and destroyed a vast amount of equipment and supplies.

Police say a fifth person who was involved is under the age of 12 and cannot be charged.

All five are from The Pas and those who are charged have been released to their parents prior to a November 4th court appearance.
