Community fundraising has been strong.
Citizens of The Pas, OCN and RM of Kelsey have helped to raise nearly 20-thousand dollars this week in support of community groups and charities.
Tim Horton’s Sold smile cookies raised funds for the spray park fund, walk a mile in her shoes in support of Aurora house, and the ladies night bachelor auction raised money for the legion.
Fundraising is a key part for a community’s growth and the volunteers and community members supporting these groups helped to exceed expectations.
