Northern Manitoba is set to make its 2026 debut this upcoming Saturday at home against division rival Virden. Both teams are coming off losses and will be looking to get back into the win column in tomorrow’s contest.
The Oil Capitals currently sit comfortably in third place in the MGEU West Division. Meanwhile, the Blizzard hold the sixth seed but are just two points back of fifth-place Swan Valley. Virden will continue its push to close the gap on second-place Neepawa, while Northern Manitoba’s focus will be on stacking as many points as possible in the second half of the season.
