Blizz Look to Bounce Back in Home Stand Opener Against Selkirk Steelers

The Northern Manitoba Blizzard have a four-game home stand ahead of them this week; their first matchup goes down tonight when they welcome the Selkirk Steelers to the Roy. The game was originally going to be played last month but was postponed due to bad weather conditions. The Blizz are riding a three-game losing skid, having recently lost 3-1 to Dauphin this past weekend. On the other hand, Selkirk is coming off a loss to the Waywayseecappo Wolverines. The 5th-place Steelers are currently on the outside looking in regarding the MGEU East Division playoff picture, whereas the Blizz are now tied with Neepawa for second in the MGEU West Division. Puck drop tonight is slated for 7:00 p.m. Your Shanes Blizzard Hockey Broadcast will start after tonight's OCN Elders Bingo.
