Blizzard Head Coach and GM Eric Labrosse will be joined by sophomore right winger Marlen Edwards at today's Canada East and Canada West selection camp in Calgary. Coach Labrosse will be joining Flin Flon Bombers Head Coach Mike Reagan's staff, who is returning as head coach of Team Canada West. Marlen Edwards will be one of 60 players competing for a spot on the exclusive Canada West roster. Those who make the cut will compete at next week's 2024 Junior A World Challenge in Camrose, AB. The reigning MJHL Coach of the Year and last year's all-rookie all-star will be looking to make an impact on the ice and represent what hockey in Northern Manitoba is all about.
