Oscar Lathlin Collegiate hosted the Varsity Boys Championship, while the Varsity Girls Championship took place in Flin Flon at Hapnot Collegiate Institute.
Starting with the Varsity Boys, MBCI and OLC dominated their respective pools.
The Wolverines went 7-1 in Pool 1, while the Spartans went undefeated with a 6-0 record in Pool 2.
When bracket play began, the two schools met in the semifinals.
The Spartans came out on top in that matchup and went on to defeat the Frontier Raiders in two sets, winning the Zone 11 "AA" Volleyball Championship.
Moving on to the Varsity Girls, MBCI and OLC were the top teams in Pool 1, while in Pool 2, it was the Hapnot Kopper Kweens and Frontier Raiders who saw the most success.
In bracket play, MBCI and Hapnot Collegiate Institute met in the finals, where the Kopper Kweens emerged victorious.
MBCI and Hapnot will now represent the north at the Provincial "AA" Volleyball Championship next weekend.
The MBCI Senior Varsity Boys squad will compete at Morris School, while the Hapnot Collegiate Kopper Kweens will travel to Rosenort for their Provincial Championship.
