The U18 AAA Norman Northstars will hit the road today to kick off a three-game road trip.

Tonight, they'll take on the team they're currently tied with in the standings, the Interlake Lightning.

The two teams are tied for 7th place with 13 points overall.

Tomorrow, they'll go head-to-head against the Winnipeg Thrashers, who are in 8th place, and then, on Sunday, to cap off the road trip, they'll face the number two team, the Winnipeg Wild.

After this weekend, the Northstars will play their remaining eight games at the C.A. Nesbitt Arena in Thompson.

Their next home game will be against the Pembina Valley Hawks on November 23rd.
