Both JV Volleyball Squads of MBCI are now Zone 11 Champions after a successful weekend on the road and at home.

The JV Boys hosted the championship at MBCI and had plenty of success in their pool, finishing 6-1.

As the number one seed, they went undefeated in bracket play, ultimately beating the Frontier Raiders in the tournament finale.

The JV Girls were on the road this past weekend, playing their games at the Helen Betty Osborne Ininiw Education Resource Centre in Norway House.

The girls went 8-0 in their pool and, like the boys, were ranked number one going into bracket play.

They eventually met the Hapnot Kopper Kweens in the tournament finale and defeated them in two sets.
