Cedrick Puffalt scored a few minutes later, ending the second period 4-2 for the Islanders. Keilan Holland scored the final Storm goal of the 2023-24 season unassisted during the third period before the game wrapped up 6-3 for the Islanders.
The KJHL playoffs semi-finals begin tomorrow as the PBCN Selects host the NCN Flames at the Whitney Forum. The Cross Lake Islanders move on to face the Peguis Juniors in their best-of-5 series on Saturday at the Peguis Multiplex.
