The Kelsey Recreation and Wellness Centre is offering free skates, swims and drop ins at the Wellness Centre all throughout December.
The month kicks off with a free family swim at the Winton Pool Friday at 5:30 pm. On Sunday December 5th families can hit the rink for a free skate at the Roy H Johnston Arena from noon to 1pm.
