The OCN Blizzard have sometime off after their games last weekend. The Blizzard went 0-2-1 on their weekend against Selkirk and Winkler. Thursday night OCN lost an 8-2 decision in Selkirk over the Steelers, fell short of a comeback against Winkler on Friday in overtime 6-5 and ended the trip with a 7-2 loss agaist the Flyers.

The Blizzard continue to sit 2nd last in the standings with 28 points, 5 points behind the 9th place Flyers.

The Blizzard will be back in action in the new year on January 4th hosting the Selkirk Steelers at 7pm.
