The OCN Blizzard had a rough start to the playoffs. The Blizzard are down 2 games to none after losing to the Winkler Flyers,  4-3 on Friday and 4-2 on Saturday. OCN needs momentum to change in their favor in a big way as home ice advantage now goes to Winkler for games 3 and 4 on Tuesday and Wednesday. Elsewhere in the MJHL playoffs, Steinbach has a 2-0 series lead on Swan Valley, Selkirk and Virden are tied at a game apiece and Winnipeg leads Portage 2 games to none.
