Once again, we have begun the ice harvest, and there is OPEN WATER at the boat launch, north of The Pas Regional Library. The area is marked off with a safety fence.

Please use caution and try to avoid the area and the workers.

Ice blocks and Fort Whoop It Up are being placed in the parking lot south of the riverbank. We understand people love to come and see our progress - and we encourage it - but please be mindful of the volunteers working in the area. Thank you kindly.

Sam Waller Museum From The Vault The History Of Trappers' Festival

Starting December 4, the Sam Waller Museum will be debuting its first annual "From The Vault" exhibition. This occasion, we will be showcasing the wonderful history of Trappers' Festival! The exhibition will last from December 4 until March 7, 2026. You can also pick up a commemorative ink stamp from the 1974 edition of Trappers' Festival! Just ask one of our helpful staff for assistance. We look forward to welcoming you all to this wonderful display of our community's history. We hope to see you stop by the museum!
