Budding Entrepreneurs to Showcase Talents at CF Cedar Lake Children's Business Fair
Community Futures Cedar Lake, in partnership with the Acton Children’s Business Fair and The Pas OCN Chamber of Commerce, is thrilled to announce the inaugural CF Cedar Lake Children's Business Fair, a dynamic event showcasing the entrepreneurial spirit of local youth. The fair will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Roy H. Johnston Arena as part of the Chamber’s 2025 Trade Show.
This exciting event will provide a platform for children ages 6 to 15 to launch their own mini-businesses, displaying their creativity, innovation, and business acumen. Attendees can expect a diverse array of products and services, from handcrafted goods and delicious treats to innovative inventions and unique experiences.
"We believe every child has the potential to be a future leader and innovator," said Joe Cote, General Manager of Community Futures Cedar Lake. "The Children's Business Fair is a fantastic opportunity for young entrepreneurs to experience the thrill of running their own business, learn valuable skills, and gain confidence."
The CF Cedar Lake Children's Business Fair aims to:
