The Pas Family Resource Centre held their annual general meeting at the Metis Hall on Monday evening.

The program is committed to supporting and strengthening families in The Pas and area and new programs were announced at the meeting, some of these new programs include “Healthy Teen Relations” a program with a focus on violence prevention in teen relationships, and “Youth Knowledge Circle” with a goal of increasing the presence of healthy and knowledgeable youth.

“Cedar Path” a mental health program for indigenous youth and a COVID 19 program that will address needs for the indigenous population.

The resources centre has made appropriate steps to the new normal as best they can to best serve their participants during the pandemic.
