The Pas Local News

The Liquor and Gaming Authority of Manitoba recently launched a province wide campaign to encourage Manitobans to set limits before participating in any type of gambling activity. Research determined that people who set limits have a lower risk of experiencing the negative effects of gambling.

The campaign is targeted at Manitobans 45 years and older since they are the age group least likely to set limits on gambling.

The campaign will run for six weeks and will be featured on radio, public space advertising, and other media. To learn more visit KnowMyLimits.ca
