OCN Storm Have a Tough Start After Two Week Break

After nearly Two weeks off The OCN Storm couldn't pick up a win against the Peguis Juniors. On Saturday, the Storm fell 10-4 as the Juniors kept the pressure on throughout all three periods.

On Sunday, after the Peguis Juniors scored four goals during the first period the OCN Storm started fighting back. Drew Peters scored three and Domi Leask scored two as the OCN Storm fought back to a 9-8 lead for the Peguis Juniors.

Unfortunately a slew footing penalty for Leask in the final 11 seconds of play put the play back into the OCN Storms zone and ended any chance at tying the game. The OCN Storm currently sit second last in the KJHL with 8 points. However, the team has only played 12 games compared to the league-leading NCN Flames who have played 17 games so far this season.
