The Blizzard are preparing for a weekend against their leader board rivals the Neepawa Titans. Both teams are back on the ice after splitting last weekend.
The Blizzard ousted the Portage Terriers 3-1 on Saturday before falling to the Virden Oil Capitals in 3-2 in an overtime shootout on Sunday.
The Neepawa Titans fell to the Waywayseecappo Wolverines 4-2 on Saturday before smoking the Winnipeg Blues on Sunday 11-2.
Currently the Blizzard have a one point lead over the Titans at 14 points so far this season.
Both of this weekend's games take place at the Roy H Johnston arena with puck drop at 7PM. CJAR will be broadcasting both Friday's and Saturday's games live starting at 6:45.
