A small ceremony was held for The Pas Huskies Minor Hockey team yesterday at the Wescana Inn. Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister Awarded each of the players with a
special certificate in recognition of winning the Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup and
for helping people in the community. During the ceremony, Pallister said that
they are not just winners but that they are giving back.

The Huskies won the Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup earlier this year and the prize
money was put towards the Oscars Place Homeless Shelter.
