Looking to make it 5 straight wins the OCN Blizzard will host the Waywayseecappo Wolverines tonight at the GLMC. The two teams will meet tonight and againtomorrow. Tonight is Calm Air night at the GLMC as there will be tons of giveaways and a draw for 2 free flights. The Blizzard will be wearing special trappers festival themed jerseys and the jersey auction ends at the end of tomorrow nights game. The OCN Blizzard had an event filled weekend at the GLMC. They were suppose to host the Selkirk Steelers for two games but were only able to play one. Saturday evenings game had to be temporarily postponed after the first period due to zamboni problems. The blizzard and steelers finished the game Sunday afternoon with the Blizzard winning 8-3. They've now won 4 straight and 7 of their last 8 games. The second game, originally scheduled for Sunday afternoon has now been postponed until Mar 5. 

The OCN Blizzard will look to continue their success on home ice this weekend. The Blizzard have won 6 of their last 7 games and will be hosting the Selkirk Steelers both tomorrow and Sunday afternoon. Tomorrow night’s game will be fan appreciation night with puck drop at 7pm. It’s free to get in and there will be a guaranteed 50/50 of $1,000. Sunday afternoon’s game begins at 2:30pm. 

Brady Keeper the MJHL defenseman of the month and the rest of the OCN Blizzard are in Waywayseecappo tonight looking to extend their winning streak. The OCN Storm will look to get back in the win column tonight when close rival the Norway House Northstars come to town. The Storm and Northstars will square off at 8pm at the GLMC. 3 members of the Storm we’re also recently named to the KJHL North all star team, Lodie Ipeelie, Sam McKay Jr and Luke Penner.
