The 2018 Draft for the OCN Blizzard took place on Sunday. The team drafted eight new players from across Manitoba and they auto protected two players from The Pas. Chase Bertholet and Keilan Holland who both play for the Norman Wolves.

The eight players that were drafted are:

Round 1: Forward Trentyn Crane from The Pembina Valley Hawks

Round 2: Forward Owen Weihs from RHA National Bantum Prep

Round 3:  Defenseman Aidan Brook from the Parkland Rangers

Round 4: Defenseman Logan Clarke from the Winnipeg Hawks and Forward Colby Bear from the Interlake Lightening

Round 5: Right Winger Mike Svenson from RHA Nationals Bantam Prep
