Everyone who uses our roadways has a right to expect that they will arrive at their destination safely” said Ward Keith Vice President, of Manitoba Public Insurance. This Victoria Day weekend, the MPI’s roadwatch begins and will continue until November. The program is now in its 20th year and has managed to take nearly 2,000 impaired drivers off the streets in the last 8 years.

With Road Safety at the forefront the launch of this year’s roadwatch will align with Canada Road Safety week a national effort that raises awareness about safe driving habits that began on May 15th and will wrap up on the 22nd.
