The Beatrice Wilson Health Centre has started a Walking Wednesdays Exercise program. The program will run every Wednesday until May 23rd and the program was created to encourage people to engage in physical activity. They ask that participants partake in some form of physical activity for at least 20 minutes on Wednesdays.
