Opaskwayak Cree Nation Income Assistance will be helping residents of OCN to obtain government issued identification. Rona Bignell the Social Assistance Liaison for Opaskwayak Cree Nation Income Assistance says they will be helping residents to obtain documents like secure status cards, Social Insurance Numbers, Passports, Health Cards, and birth certificates.
Alongside legal documents they will also assist with Child Abuse registry forms and applications, Criminal record checks and vulnerable persons act.
These services will be offered at the old bowling alley location at the Otineka Mall from May 14th until the 18th and there will be a certified passport photographer during this time.
