The RCMP received a report late Monday afternoon of a man who was threatening to harm himself on Highway 10 South of The Pas. Officers from surrounding RCMP detachments and the RCMP police dog services responded to the scene and they located the man in his vehicle unharmed. The man was taken to hospital and the highway was closed for about half an hour so the police could address the situation.
