During Question Period at The Manitoba Legislature recently The Pas MLA Amanda Lathlin stated that the Provincial Government canceled many health care investments in Northern Manitoba including The Health Clinics in The Pas and Thompson.

When Lathlin asked if the Government would cancel the cuts and restore these much needed investments Heather Stefanson the Minster of Justice said that they recognize that changes need to take place in order to move forward with respect to the health care system in the province and they are planning to consult all Manitobans including those that live in the North.

Lathlin believes that the cancelation of these health investments are hurting the people of Manitoba especially those that live in The North.
