Local Musician and member of The band “Trio Boulevard” Kenneth Henderson recently put out a casting call for a video shoot. The video is going to be about Suicide Awareness and Prevention.
Henderson and the other members of Trio Boulevard have each been affected by suicide in their own ways and their main goal is to turn the tables on suicide and promote living in first nations across North America. Henderson hopes to have students from Oscar Lathlin Collegiate, Joe A Ross and the surrounding area take part in the filming of the video as well as families affected by suicide.
The Shooting dates are from December 6th to the 8th at Oscar Lathlin Collegiate. Young people that are taking part in the filming are encouraged to bring signs and posters containing messages of hope to encourage people to carry on with life.
