The Autism Society of Manitoba is having a sensory friendly visit from Santa which is set to take place at the Opasquia School Gym on November 25th. The sensory friendly visit from Santa will take place from 9AM to 11AM in a quiet environment with no line ups and with sensory friendly lighting.
Participants will also have the opportunity to get their picture taken with Santa. Children on the autism spectrum often struggle with overstimulation and this can make activities like seeing Santa difficult.
