Its day 2 of the Northern Manitoba Trappers Festival today. After the opening ceremonies and the torchlight parade yesterday, today is the first full day of events. Starting today at 10am is the start of the World Championship Sled Dog Race at Halcrow Lake. Later this afternoon The Snow Sculpting and Decorating contest judging begins at 2pm. Day 2 of Trappers Festival wraps up this evening with the Community Competition Night.
