It’s that time of year again when The Pas Chamber of Commerce, 102.9 CJAR and the Opasquia Times present the Citizen and Business of the year for 2016. Shirley Barbeau with The Pas Chamber of Commerce names some of the businesses of the year from previous years. "So there's community supporters like that, businesses such as Shane's Music, Paperworks Plus, The Grub Box, The Kikiwak, Berscheid Meats, Funky Threadz, Sweatshop Boxing and Arctic Beverages from last year. Definately names that you hear in the community, and there's so many more businesses that help so many times." To nominate a citizen or a business forms can be picked up and returned to 102.9 CJAR, Opasquia Times and The Pas Regional Library. Awards Dinner and Presentation is November 23rd at the Kikiwak Inn.
