The Smoked Fish & Cured Meat Contest is back again this year, and the prizes are even better this year. Enter into the Smoked Sausage, Smoked Fish or Jerky/Wild Meats and Best Presentation Category, and you can take home up to 250 dollars. The Contest will take place on the Saturday of Trappers, from 11 to noon, when the judging will begin. Entry fee’s are only $5 dollars per category and can be brought to the Friendship centre, from now until Friday, February 19th. For more information you can reach Sonny at 620-1704.
