The winter temperatures haven’t quite hit The Pas yet, and The Town of The Pas would like to remind everyone to stay safe when on the lakes and rivers. Town of The Pas Fire Chief Greg Zimmerman would like to remind everyone to stay off the ice, as it hasn’t frozen yet.He emplores, that people stay off the ice, as there has already been some issues with people risking their lives going on the ice, on foot or with ATV's. Zimmerman said they haven’t had any problems with snowmobilers, but would advise everyone to wear your helmets and stay off the open water.
