The annual brunch is a long time traditional event for the festival.

It will the first public appearance for the candidates with others to follow, and gives the community the opportunity to see them all before the festival even begins, while serving as a fundraiser.

The candidates will host the event and present a fashion show, modelling clothes selected from local businesses.

The Brunch will be held at the Kikiwak Inn from noon to 3pm. and The Annual Northern Manitoba Trappers Festival Kicks off on February 17th.
